Born in 1949, he works at the R&DIME's research complex for the LH2+LOX liquid rocket engine ground tests. He studies problems concerned with liquid hydrogen uses in large-scale test bed systems. He graduated from the Aviation Inst. in Kazan in specialized field of aircraft engines in 1973 and the Technologies Inst. in Leningrad in specialized field of cryogenic engineering in 1983. He defended the dissertation concerned with safety in liquid hydrogen uses in test bed systems in 1991 and holds Master's degree. Author of 34 papers.
