Graduated National Aerospace University "Zhukovsky Kharkov
Aviation Institute" in 1975 and National University in 1981.
Mechanical Engineering and Physisc, candidate thesis on power plants
of space vehicles and energy converting systems in 1975 and Dr. of
Sciences thesis in solid state physics and physic and chemistry of
plasma. Reviewer of Int. J. Hydrogen Energy (since 1995) and author
of more than 140 scientific papers.
